Learning And Nurturing Growth Using Adaptive Guidance and Education for refugee youth in Estonia and Poland

This project aims to provide comprehensive support for adolescent children of Ukrainian refugees and vulnerable host communities, ensuring equal opportunities in education and employment while fostering social cohesion. The initiative centres on a social club that offers integrated language classes, personalised tutoring, and workshops on the labour market and educational opportunities, such as scholarships and vocational training. By addressing the learning, social, and emotional needs of Ukrainian refugee youth, identified to be critical for integration, the project promotes their successful integration into the host community.
The consortium leading this project comprises two refugee-focused organisations in Poland and Estonia, alongside an academic institution. Additionally, the project will leverage the expertise of various consulted bodies. Through this initiative, refugee youth will achieve better integration and inclusion within Estonian and Polish societies. By investing in these young individuals, the project aims to enhance their academic and economic prospects, ultimately reducing their reliance on social services in the host countries.
