Call for Nominations for Social Innovation Forum 2026
Nominate Your Initiative
Are you creating real impact through employability, education & skills, or social inclusion?
This is your opportunity to step into the spotlight at the Social Innovation Forum 2026, taking place on 7-8 October in Brussels!
Selection will be based on evaluations by national or EU-level validators through the Social Innovation Match platform. Representatives from 12 projects will be invited to participate in the Social Innovation Forum 2026 and present their work during a dedicated session.
STEP 1
Register to the Social Innovation Match Database

Skip this step if you have already registered.
Projects registered between 1 October 2025 – 5 June 2026 are eligible to participate.
STEP 2
Make a Video Pitch
To complete your nomination, please record a brief video pitch outlining why you should be selected. Before you get started, make sure to follow the video guidelines to ensure your submission meets all the requirements.
STEP 3
Complete the Nomination Form
Fill in the Nomination Form with the required details and submit your application.

STEP 4
Evaluation Period
Once you’ve submitted your project to the Social Innovation Match database and completed your nomination, it will be reviewed by a national or EU-level validator.
Please note, the evaluation process may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience while your application is being reviewed.
STEP 5
Public Voting
National or EU validators will review each case and based on evaluation criteria will select top projects. Their video pitches will be showcased on the website of the ESF+ Social Innovation+ initiative. More information will be announced on our LinkedIn.
Everyone will have the chance to vote for their favourite social innovation. Voting will be open for a limited time, with equal visibility and opportunity for all finalists.
STEP 6
You are Invited!
12 selected projects will be invited to attend the Social Innovation Forum 2026 in Brussels and present their projects in a dedicated session.
