Unlocking Opportunities: Leveraging Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1676

We are pleased to invite you to the ESF+ Community of Practice on Social Inclusion online event ‘Unlocking Opportunities: Leveraging Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1676’ on 25 April 2024, from 09:00 to 12:00 CEST. 

During the event, we will discuss the utilisation of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1676, with a focus on defining unit costs, lump sums, and flat rates, as well as exploring financing options not linked to costs for expenditure reimbursement.  

Our focus will be on examining optimal strategies for utilising the Delegated Regulation and discussing the current challenges encountered by managing authorities and project promoters in its implementation. This will include a particular focus on Housing First initiatives and navigating the intricate landscape of long-term care for individuals with disabilities and children living in poverty. 

Expected outcomes include the development of comprehensive guidelines for utilising the Delegated Regulation, alongside practical example. These resources aim to empower both practitioners and policymakers to implement effective interventions and policies.
