5th ALMA Beneficiaries mutual learning event

We are pleased to invite you to the 5th ALMA Beneficiaries meeting for mutual learning which will be held on-site on the 22nd-23rd October 2024 in Berlin, Germany.

The event will provide you with an opportunity to:

  • Learn and discuss the questions arising for Periodic report & project communication.
  • Update information on the ongoing activities of ALMA projects.
  • Have an interactive discussion with other beneficiaries and experienced project operators from Germany to share experiences and challenges in the implementation of ALMA.
  • Have a study visit to German project operators, KIDS & Co & WeTeK, on the second day.

Please note, that the agenda includes a brief presentation of each project. Therefore, we kindly ask you to prepare 2 slides about your project:

  1. state of play,
  2. future activities.   

Please send the slides by 14 October in ppt format by email to your project coordinator.

The agenda also includes possibility for face-to-face meeting(-s) with ESFA’s project coordinator or communication expert. Please inform your project coordinator in advance of the individual questions you may have if you need a face-to-face advice and please also arrange a dedicated time for this in advance.

Kindly note that the registration deadline is Wednesday, 25 September 2024 (COB). Please follow the registration process outlined below:

  • Use the registration link to register to the event.
  • In order to ensure the sharing of good practices and discussion among the participants, please register up to two representatives per project (submit one registration form per person).
  • Confirmation letters will be sent to selected participants within 10 working days following the registration deadline.
