The Third Mutual Learning event: Driving Innovation to Address the Societal Consequences of Russia’s War of Aggression Against Ukraine in EU Countries
We are pleased to invite you to the ‘Third Mutual Learning Event: Driving Innovation to Address the Societal Consequences of Russia’s War of Aggression Against Ukraine in EU Countries’, taking place on 24–25 March 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The event will bring together beneficiaries of the call “Innovative Approaches to Mitigate the Societal Consequences of Russia’s War of Aggression against Ukraine within EU Countries” for an in-person exchange.
The aim of the event is:
- To encourage peer-to-peer learning and experience exchange. Participants will have an opportunity to showcase their projects and discuss the most effective practices and approaches.
- To strengthen the capacity of beneficiaries to deliver results and maximise the impact and visibility of their projects. The event will provide space to reflect on practical aspects of project implementation: discuss common challenges, sustainability of results, and project dissemination and communication.
- To explore Lithuanian good practices. Participants will be invited to take part in study visits highlighting relevant migrant integration initiatives in Lithuania.

Nadia Sacoor, Moderator
Nadia Sacoor — Dialogue Builder, DEIB Strategist, Migrant & Minority Inclusion Professional For the past 20 years, Nadia has worked at the intersection of migrant and minority inclusion, community empowerment, and organisational learning. She is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) strategist and a Learning & Development designer with extensive experience across international Civil Society Organisations. A Community Psychologist, Civic Mediator, and Certified Trainer of Trainers, Nadia brings a culturally fluent, relational approach to dialogue and inclusion. Her work spans international development, migration, intercultural and interfaith understanding, and project design. In recent years, she has also developed wellness and holistic mental‑health initiatives for ultra‑diverse groups around the world, sustaining an LGBTIQ‑ and culturally informed practice. Known for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions, she creates learning environments that foster trust, participation, and meaningful exchange. |
